A Little More About Me
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband, Matthew, our three dogs—Nala, Coco and Ida—and renovating our little cottage.
I’m also lucky enough to have four children, three stepsons and seven grandchildren, so family is a big part of my life.
And if that doesn’t keep me busy enough, we also have quite a few Indian Runner ducks and seven peacocks! Safe to say there’s never a dull moment in our house 😊
Hi, I'm Pam, founder of Howe HR Dorset. I've worked in Human Resources for over 35 years, supporting people and businesses across a wide range of sectors.
My career has included senior HR roles and experience across Dorset Police, the NHS, the legal profession and manufacturing. I've also owned and run businesses myself, so I understand first-hand the pressures that come with employing people.
I set up Howe HR Dorset because I wanted to offer something more personal - practical, approachable HR support from someone who takes the time to understand your business.
